posted Nov 8, 2010, 6:38 AM by Tomislav Rozman
We have successfully finished a project of BPM workshops and improvement of development methodology in computer engineering company Kopa d.d.
20 of their employees, mostly business analysts, developers and project managers improved their business process management knowledge. BPM methodology was incorporated in their existing development methodology, which is based on SureStep methodology. The employees from Kopa d.d. gained common business description language, which will lead to more efficient software development cycles and improved communication with their partners.

Customer statement:

»All I can say is that the knowledge, gained during the workshop is immediately usable in real life. I must commend the lecturer's ability to adapt to the specifics of our company. In very short time we've created useful practical examples of process models, which leaves good impression. The level of process management knowledge of employees is now on 'common denominator', which is very valuable for our company,« said David Novak, Head of Quality Management system and standards, Kopa d.d., 2010
