We are announcing a new project, which has started on 1. Oct. 2011: HEI-UP (Improvement of Business Process Management in Higher Education institutions).

Planned results:
Main results of this project will be: analyses of current state of BPM (Business Process Management) practices in HEIs (Higher Education Institutions), a set of BPM projects case studies - transferred from ENTs to HEIs, a BPM framework for HEIs, a new course unit for Certified Business Process Manager course, educated HEI management staff, consortium which gathers ENTs/HEIs from the field of BPM.
